Effective May 18, 2026, Greenwich Rx, located at 9733 RM 2020 Road, Suite 100, Tomball, Tx 91942, an unlicensed nonresident pharmacy and unlicensed nonresident sterile compounding pharmacy in California, pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 4316(a), shall cease and desist practicing any activity under this chapter that requires licensure, including shipping, mailing and delivering any dangerous drugs, dangerous devices and prescription compounded preparations into California.
